Talent Ecosystem Governance Workshop
We are pleased to invite you to take part in the BREATH Governance Workshop, which will take place on 24 February 2026 and will bring together stakeholders from across Catalonia, Flanders, and Lithuania to jointly explore how Talent Ecosystems in Health Innovation can be governed in a sustainable and effective way.
Two connected sessions: learning and co-creation
Part 1 | Understanding Regional Pact for Skills and Regional Partnerships
10:00–11:00
This first part of the workshop will focus on building a clear and practical understanding of Regional Pacts for Skills and Regional Partnerships. The session will explore how these structures work in practice and how they can support sustainable governance models for Talent Ecosystems.
The session will include expert contributions, including invited speakers from the Pact for Skills support services, coordinated by Biocat.
Part 2 | Co-creating a Talent Ecosystem governance draft
11:00–12:00
Building on the shared understanding developed in the first part of the workshop, participants will be invited to take part in an interactive, iterative co-creation session, supported by dedicated tools.
Together, we will explore:
• Which actors should be part of a life sciences and health Talent Ecosystem?
• Roles and decision-making: How should these actors interact, and how should decision-making processes be organised?
• Activities and sustainability: Which activities should be implemented by each actor to ensure the long-term sustainability and consolidation of the ecosystem?
Expected outcome
The outcome of this session will be a first draft of a Talent Ecosystem governance model. This draft will be further discussed and refined during the third BREATH workshop, to be held in Kaunas with project partners and the local community of practice, to validate and strengthen the proposals emerging from this online session.
Why your participation matters
You have been identified by BREATH partners as a relevant stakeholder within the talent, skills, and innovation ecosystem. We would therefore be grateful if you could let us know whether you would like to be part of this community of practice, contributing to the creation of a sustainable Talent Ecosystem in Health Innovation across Catalonia, Lithuania, and Flanders.
