Biovia is teaming up with Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) to invite you to join the Belgian Pavilion during the largest global event for the biotech & life sciences industry.

How to join?

2. FIT will provide you with a form to indicate your selection of individual tickets
3. FIT will place a bulk order and invoice you for the selected items
4. Delegates receive information to register themselves for the event.

Participating in BIO US with FIT and Biovia? You can choose between these two options:

• Meeting point: use of the Belgian booth + your logo displayed at the booth (EUR 1,000)
• Meeting point with visual: use of the Belgian booth + your logo displayed at the booth + an individual company panel (choose the “Console” option - EUR 1,250).

Extras

After registration, you can order the following tickets at a discount via FIT. Discount rates will be announced at a later stage.

• Premier Access: all-access convention pass (including BIO One-to-One Partnering) + all side events/receptions.
• General Access: all-access convention pass, including networking receptions but excluding BIO One-to-One Partnering.
• EPA (Exhibitor Booth Partnering): one-to-one meetings at the booth (limited number, via the BIO platform). No access to side events marked with (*).
