Help shape the future skills agenda in health innovation!
Europe produces outstanding scientists. But alignment between doctoral training and sector needs does not happen automatically.
To address this, Biovia has launched a survey targeting PhD holders in health, innovation and life sciences. The goal is clear: identify real skills gaps across roles and sectors.

The results will directly inform the development of targeted micro-credentials and training modules at European level.
If you want your sector’s needs to be properly represented, we invite you to:
- Fill in the survey yourself, if you have a PhD in the relevant domains
- Share this survey within your organization
- Encourage PhD-trained colleagues (across functions) to participate
