Shift Happens provides interim management and project support for Science, R&D and Lab Services operations. Combines a strong academic background with experience in ISO‑accredited and regulated environments (ISO 15189, 17025, 13485). Supports and leads operational transformation, including governance and process optimisation, performance management, organisational design, and complex laboratory transformations such as redesigns, relocations and CAPEX‑related projects.
