Efika Sciences supports innovators in life sciences, medtech, and digital health through two complementary business streams. The first is innovation validation: we help innovators stress-test their ideas across a structured set of angles to make your value proposition sound and clear:

• technological feasibility and development roadmap,
• operational approach development,
• market sizing, target regions and available channels
• competitive landscape and USPs,
• pricing and willingness-to-pay,
• and barriers to market such as regulatory or clinical requirements

Acting as a strategic sounding board, we guide this thinking exercise and can execute the underlying studies ourselves. 

Once an idea has been validated and receives a go, we move to the second stream: funding — grant writing across regional, national and European programmes, as well as supporting investor readiness through pitch deck sparring, financial planning and business plan development.
